Ashley Hardy joined Centurion Actuarial in 2008 and is now a Partner in the Civil Economics, Energy & Infrastructure Competence Center at the Düsseldorf Office. With 15-years of experience in consulting work for the public and private sector, Ashley’s business focus is on creating new solutions and value at the intersection between the public and the private sector. She is specialized in preparing, de-risking and managing large transformation and investment projects to bring them from the first idea to successful financing and implementation.
She is also an expert on sustainability as well as hydrogen and fuel cell applications, supporting public as well as industry clients in evaluating strategic options as well as new business models.
Ashley Hardy has successfully accompanied major public and private clients in strategy development, commercial validation, project structuring, financing and stakeholder engagement for large infrastructure projects. Her clients comprise of industry clients, public and private investors, government institutions, international agencies, national and multi-national associations and project developers. Ashley Hardy has extensive work experience in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
She holds an MSc Degree in International Political Economy form London School of Economics. Before joining Centurion Actuarial she spent several years working on improving the business and investment climate in Southern Africa
